Your Subscription
By checking the box below this Terms of Service and submitting this form you are entering into an agreement with Smart Insurance Services Inc. (from here forward Smart Insurance) for access to content and services in return for a monthly recurring payment. If you have joined using a promotional code, your monthly subscription will begin when the promotional period ends. You confirm that you have read, understand and agree to the Terms and content as outlined within this Terms of Service. You also consent to authorize Smart Insurance to draw the recurring monthly payment from the payment method you entered. Smart Insurance is not responsible for any immediate or future adverse effects this draw may have on your payment account including, but not limited to overdraft penalties, fees, taxes, etc.
Recurring draws are requested from your bank up to 7 days before your subscription is set to renew for another month. Should you wish to cancel your subscription, do so more than 7 days in advance to minimize the chance of another installment being drawn from your payment method. Once the request has been sent to your payment method, it can not be rescinded. To check the date of your next monthly renewal, login at agencytools.smartinsuranceinc.com and select the Account tab. Then select “Subscriptions”. On the Subscriptions tab, the date shown under the Subscription box with “Next Billing” will be the date of your monthly renewal for that upcoming month.
To cancel your account, login at agencytools.smartinsuranceinc.com and click the account link. From there, choose Subscriptions and click cancel on the membership level you wish to cancel. Your membership access will then end at the end of that monthly period. We do not provide refunds or prorated refunds for any time you were subscribed that was not utilized or after cancelling your subscription in the middle of a monthly term. Access to services to paid content and services will stop at the end of that current monthly term of which the cancellation was submitted.
Your Data Sharing
Our privacy policy applies to your own personally identifiable information (PII), but in the course of managing various aspects of your digital marketing on your behalf, we will have access to additional kinds of data that includes how businesses interact with you online. Some of this data is actually public, but the data that isn’t public belongs to you (assuming the engagement occurs on websites or apps or programs that you own or ads that you run). Our ethical commitment to the use of this data places your interests at the top of the hierarchy and our ETHICAL USE OF CONSUMER BEHAVIOR AND PERFORMANCE DATA spells this out very clearly.
Within the guidelines of this ethical commitment, all agents that use our service will be able to see certain aggregated metadata from all other agents who are also opted in. If you joined as part of a group or network, that group may also have an aggregate sharing component (depending on the size and nature of the group). As you complete the on-boarding process, you will have access to the aggregate data from all agents and your group, but you are free to opt out at any time by sending an email to agency.advisor@smartinsuranceinc.com. If you opt out of any group(s), you will no longer be able to see the overall performance of that group. If you no longer belong to a group (ie. you are no longer appointed with the carrier or have left a network), please let us know so we can maintain the integrity of data for each group.
